WIKD Spices is a UK-based business selling premium herbs, spices, seasonings, and related products.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Prices may or may not include VAT depending on our VAT registration status.

Delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment.

5. Payment

We accept payment using the methods displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully received before your order is dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs (for international orders)

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

If you change your mind, you may be entitled to cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Due to food hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, weights, and ingredients are accurate.

As our products contain natural ingredients:

  • Colour may vary slightly.

  • Aroma and appearance may differ between batches.

  • Images are for illustration purposes only.

9. Allergies

Our products may be packed in facilities that handle allergens including, but not limited to:

  • Sulphites

Customers with allergies should always read product labels before consuming our products.

If you have severe allergies, please contact us before placing an order.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIKD Spices shall not be liable for:

Our maximum liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
